Bio EO/MEG Plant
The annual capacity of 120KT Bio-Ethylene Oxide Plant was constructed and put into operation at the end of 2014. Food-grade ethanol, which is originated from non-GMO and renewable local corns, is used as the main raw material in the production of Bio-EO and MEG. The EO preparation process is with low energy consumption and low carbon emission. The plant adopts green technology from the US which ensures good ethanol conversion rate and low energy consumption. The product is with constant quality, high purity and mature technology. As the most important raw material, JLZX bio-based ethylene oxide is a critical factor which differs JLZX green chemical products from similar products offered by other suppliers.
The 20KT/A Isoprenol Plant commissioned in 2012. It was the first Isoprenol plant in China to produce 3-methyl-3-buten-1-ol for PCE with its own technology. The product Isoprenol has the advantages of high purity, less by-products, good structural stability, which ensures excellent product performance in downstream.
The plant consists of nine production lines with annual capacity of 200KT. Currently six out of the nine lines are being used to produce PCE Macro Monomer (TPEG/HPEG), and other three are being used for productions of bio-based surfactants.
Polycarboxylate Superplasiticizer Plant
The Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE) Plant was set up in 2015 mainly for export business. It is upgraded in 2019 with a total production capacity of 100KT per year. The products have been approved by many international companies and have been sold to 34 countries and regions all over the world.
